Our sandals currently come in EU sizes. If you are in between sizes, it's best if you go up a size when ordering.

Vivian Lou orders are shipped via FedEx SmartPost. We ship all of our products directly to you from our warehouses located in Denver, Colorado.

Processing Time: All orders placed before 12 PM MT will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 12 PM MT on Friday and during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Delivery Time: Domestic orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. Please note: Customers are responsible for all costs related to incorrectly submitted shipping information. Goldie Lou is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24-48 hrs.


We accept the return of unworn and unused merchandise purchased from within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Your return must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging, as well as any gift with purchase.

Please contact customer care to start the return process. Customers will be charged a $12 restocking, shipping and handling fee for ALL returns. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

When trying on our shoes, we kindly ask that you walk on carpet and try on with clean feet. The footbed of our sandals will attract the natural oils of your feet, and we are unfortunately unable to accept returns with marked insoles or toe prints.
